A.N. Davis
This painting by local Cape Ann Artist A.N. Davis measures 12 1/2" x 9 3/4". The medium is oil on board. Although Mr. Davis was not terribly famous he was a great friend and student of Emile Gruppe. This is a nice little painting that provides a glimpse of Gloucester Harbor and fishing schooners. Estimated date of painting is 1950's.
