Ms. Bissell
The painting measures 17 1/2" X 17 1/2 ". The medium is oil on canvas. Ms.Bissell was an art teacher from Rockport, Massachusetts and studied with artists from the Cape Ann area. The date of the paintin is not certain but we think it was done some time during the 1960"s. It is a lovely scene at low tide of an old Rockport home with a granite retaining wall.
