J. Friedline
This painting measures 19 1/2' x 26 "and is nicely framed. The medium is watercolor J. Friedline was an relatively unknown artist from Rockport. Not much is known about him other that he studied art in Boston and spent his days painting still lifes, abstract and lovely water colors. (Tulips is a one of his water colors listed on this art gallery main page.) The painting is entitled Annisquam Light and depicts the lighthouse in the lovely Annisquam area of Cape Ann in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
