Bud Smith has the responsibility for Alliance coaches and assignment fulfillment. He brings wide experience to the Alliance, most recently as senior executive coach with Right Management Consultants. Earlier in his career, he held CEO or senior positions with USA, Japanese and British companies, and consulted with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, management consultants. Bud lectures MBA and executive MBA students at Pitt's Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a Rensselear engineer, with graduate education from the Sloan School at M.I.T. and Harvard Business School.

Ned Sherry takes responsibility for Alliance client relations. He performs this function as Vice President of The Sewickley Alliance's marketing partner The Callos Companies. Ned is an experienced consulting administrator, having led the Pittsburgh office of Right Management Consultants. Earlier, Ned held COO, senior marketing, manufacturing and governmental liasion positions with Exxon, Astrotech and Pennzoil. He holds a business degree from the University of Maine.
